Japanese Inspired Home Design

This home went through an extensive renovation to serve the needs of a multi-generational family. The client's collection of Amari plates served as the inspiration for the interior design and spring boarded this undertaking into life.
Traditional Japanese woodworking techniques were used to create Shoji screens, a Japanese bar cabinet and bookcase, and a linear stone fireplace with a Kangi character symbolizing "happiness" engraved into black slate are some of the highlights of this project.
